Request for Proposals

ETC intends to commission a service provider for the design, construction and dismantling of the Europe Pavilion at Tourism EXPO Japan 2024.

The activities subject of this procedure are co-financed by the European Union.

Proposals must be submitted in electronic format via the submission form HERE.

Proposals must be received by 28 June 2024 at 23:59 (CEST) at the latest.

ETC cannot consider proposals submitted after that time.

Request for Proposals

The purpose of this procedure is to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement (MSFA) with the reopening of competition with a pool of agencies able to deliver content development services for the consumer communication and promotional activities of ETC. Such services include strategy development, audio-visual content creation, visual identity and design, copywriting, translation, web development, and other related services.

The services subject to this procedure are co-funded by the European Union.
